With her team, she created Bouchées Doubles en 2025, the first platform dedicated to high-potential gastronomic concepts, connecting visionary restaurateurs and ambitious investors.
Our vision? To facilitate the development of exceptional restaurants, by offering them the resources and partners they need to grow, whether as franchises or directly operated.
Backed by renowned culinary entrepreneur Riccardo Giraudi, Bouchées Doubles has established itself as the essential gas pedal of lifestyle concepts: restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment.
To bring out the best in each project, Alicia surrounds itself with a panel of experts and offers tailor-made support, enabling talents from all over the world to showcase their know-how.
Since 2005, Riccardo Giraudi has transformed the family import/export business by launching
the Beefbar brand, dedicated to exceptional meats.
Since then, he has developed some 50 company-owned and franchised establishments, and manages more than 15 culinary brands on 4 continents.
As patron of Bouchées Doubles, he puts his expertise at the service of ambitious catering projects that are revolutionizing the world of hospitality.
